The Tremont at Northwest Park

BSC was retained by the Nordblom Company to design and oversee the construction of Tremont Residences at Northwest Park, a 180-unit rental apartment complex in Burlington, MA. BSC was responsible for the programming, preliminary design, and cost estimating for two courtyards totaling 27,100 square-feet. This included the preparation of detailed designs for various site amenities, including pricing documents, and final contract documents. BSC is also providing construction phase services such as construction layout survey, submittal reviews, and field observations. BSC will also be providing close-out services such as final inspections and punch list preparation.
