Survey Services for Roadway Reconstruction Projects

BSC provided topographic base plan survey services as well as wetlands delineation and permitting for the Town of Spencer’s upcoming roadway projects. Led largely by our responsive professional land surveying team in Worcester, BSC points with pride for being one of the town’s preferred consultants since 2008. Our long track record of service to the Town is evidence of our team consistently meeting Spencer’s needs with our understanding of both the town’s land surveying requirements as well as MassDOT protocols and standards for ROW land surveying and environmental ­wetlands and permitting.

Under this new contract, BSC was tasked with determining the location of existing layout/property lines in order to evaluate limits of works and needs for temporary or permanent easement plans and/or layout alteration plans for the proposed designs to be developed by the Town. The projects also entail determining the presence of existing drainage for the development of easement plans where needed for each project/roadway segment. These roadways include Pleasant Street, Smithville Road, Chickering Road, Clark Road, and Meadow Road.
