Route 80 Cemetery and Crematory Master Plan

BSC Group was contracted by the Town of Plymouth to conduct a feasibility study and report, which included development costs and income projections, for the development of a 40-acre cemetery at Plympton Street. The feasibility study included an assessment of the demand, costs, fees, and operational issues associated with the project. Other issues considered during the process were storm drainage, sewage disposal, landscaping, and handicapped accessibility.

As part of the feasibility study, BSC also performed an environmental assessment of the site that included soil testing, wetlands evaluation, and evaluation of groundwater impacts.

As part of the crematory design, a landscaped seating area and walkway were designed as an outside family area with a view over the existing cemetery.
