Overhead Line and Pole Replacement Project

BSC provided comprehensive licensing and permitting services for 115kV C181/D182 transmission lines in southeastern Massachusetts on behalf of National Grid. Permits included USACE ­general permit, 401 Water Quality Certification, NPDES general permit, and conservation ­commission approvals in nine communities. BSC also applied Best Management Practices for rare, threatened and endangered species due to five state-listed species in the project area.
