BSC was contracted through a MassDevelopment on-call agreement to complete a comprehensive site readiness assessment for the 8.43-acre town-owned property located at 172 Sterling Street in Clinton, MA. The project included an in-depth analysis of existing conditions, opportunities, and constraints on the site, with the goal of facilitating long-term redevelopment. BSC’s approach considered zoning regulations, environmental limitations, and physical site constraints to create potential buildout scenarios that align with the Town’s industrial zoning requirements.
The final deliverable was a written report summarizing the existing conditions analysis, presenting development options, and offering environmental recommendations to ensure the site is ready for future disposition and redevelopment.
