Meet Kathryn
Kathryn Eagan, PE, is a key member of BSC’s transportation engineering team. With her extensive experience collaborating with MassDOT, Kathryn has worked on a wide array of projects, from designing roadways and parking lots to shared-use paths and stormwater improvements, including Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs). Her expertise encompasses civil/site design, grading and utilities design, stormwater and drainage systems, hydraulic modeling, and ensuring ADA accessibility.
