BSCers attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Rhino Capital Investments project, a light industrial facility located at 55 Dever Drive in Taunton, MA.
The facility covers 180,000 square feet and offers flexible space light manufacturing. This project is part of the Myles Standish Industrial Park (MSIP) expansion, a public-private partnership that aims to create jobs and economic growth in the area.
BSC Group provided survey, civil, and landscape services for this Rhino Capital Investments project. Our scope of work included site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, stormwater management, permitting, and construction administration. BSC also designed the landscape features to enhance the site's aesthetics and environmental performance.
BSC has been a long-term partner of MassDevelopment, the state's economic development and finance agency, in the MSIP expansion. BSC supported MassDevelopment to master plan, design, and construct infrastructure to support private development on over 800 acres of land. Our services included environmental assessment, wetland delineation, roadway design, traffic analysis, water and sewer design, and public outreach. BSC's work has helped create a modern and attractive industrial park that attracts diverse businesses and industries.
