The Leachmore Point mixed-use development project in South Boston has received Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) Board approval through the Large Project Review process with the BRA. The building will consist of a basement level of parking, a street level story featuring 5,056 sf of retail and structured parking, seven stories of condominium units (64 units) and a second story courtyard. BSC has been the lead in the preparation of the Project Notification Form, Draft Project Impact Report as well as providing site design, public presentation, and transportation engineering services, in support of the approval. Innovative design features include the use of car stackers in the garage, installation of a rain garden, and purchase of air rights over the MBTA’s Broadway Station to expand developable area.
