BSC Group has appointed Kelly O’Neill to the role of transportation market sector leader. In this capacity, she will apply 30 years of industry experience to strengthen BSC’s relationships with existing and future clients in New England’s transportation marketplace.
Kelly brings to this new position extensive experience in the Massachusetts transportation network. Having previously worked for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and other transportation consulting firms, she offers a strong understanding of existing conditions and standards, as well as potential opportunities to improve conditions for the traveling public. She will work closely with BSC’s Massachusetts- and Connecticut-based teams to identify opportunities for growth, building relationships with clients and teaming partners to achieve positive outcomes.
“Kelly has long been a respected member of the region’s transportation marketplace,” Sean O’Brien, CEO, states. “Having her as part of our team will help to cement our existing relationships and grow in new directions. This is an exciting opportunity to provide greater depth of services to existing clients and introduce our firm to new partners.”
O’Neill earned her BS in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. She is an active member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and a member of the University of Massachusetts Building Authority’s board of directors.
