Heather Gould has joined BSC Group as a senior planner, transitioning to consulting from a career in the City of Worcester’s Executive Office of Economic Development.
Heather has 13 years of professional experience with the City of Worcester, where she has supported such high-profile projects as CitySquare, DCU Center Renovation, Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center, Blackstone Gateway Park, Union Station, and Washington Square. Her work on these projects has involved the management of large and complicated public/private partnerships, as well as the strategic application of funding programs and land use practices to support economic development and revitalization city-wide.
Heather holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Clark University and was recognized by the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty program in 2014.
“Heather has accomplished so much for the City of Worcester,” said Jef Fasser, AICP, RLA, LEED AP, public market sector leader for BSC Group. “As a consultant, she can make an even greater impact by supporting many communities in achieving their goals for strategic growth and economic development.”
