Senior environmental planner Greg Sampson presented a discussion on LEED Certification at a Green Building workshop hosted by the Boston Bar Association.
Greg’s discussion focused on the benefits of pursuing LEED certification, such as positive public relations, enhanced marketability to potential tenants, and improved employee recruiting. He then drew from his experience in guiding the LEED application process to suggest specific measures for a more successful application, such as early commitment to pursuing LEED certification and involvement of the entire project team in the application process.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2005, Greg serves on the Boston Bar Association’s Wetlands and Waterways Committee. Greg is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Professional Wetland Scientist.
