Congratulations to Land Surveyor Steve Cohen on earning a plan award at the 2020 annual convention of the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE). Steve’s plan for a 12.28-acre parcel in Deerfield earned recognition in the Cadastral Plan Category.
Award recipients are selected by vote of convention attendees, allowing recognition of technical excellence by industry peers. Voters were asked to consider appearance, completeness, clarity, and category-specific requirements.
Completed for an energy client, Steve’s award-winning plan depicts the existing boundaries of the locus parcel, as well as a proposed easement based on an existing cart path.
Steve, a previous Plan of the Year recipient, said of the award, “It is gratifying to have a project recognized as being representative of what the land surveying profession produces for our clients.”
