ResilientMass Plan Action Tracker
Client: Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA)
BSC Group partnered with EEA to design and implement a custom web-based database system for tracking climate resilience priorities across more than 25 state agencies. The Resilient Mass Plan Action Tracker, maintained by the ResilientMass Action Team (RMAT), enables real-time tracking of hundreds of climate resilience actions aligned with the 2022 Massachusetts Climate Change Assessment.
The platform features an intuitive public interface and robust backend tools for seamless data management and reporting. Our full-service delivery included:

MassDOT Highway Resilience Improvement Plan
Client: Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) | In partnership with HNTB
As a partner to HNTB, BSC supported MassDOT in developing a comprehensive Highway Resilience Improvement Plan. The plan outlines MassDOT’s approach to highway system resilience and provides a roadmap for continuing to increase resilience through planning and investments across five key pillars:
- Plan
- Improve
- Maintain
- Respond
- Inform
The Plan was subject to and earned approval from the Federal Highway Administration unlocking additional federal funding for MassDOT to implement resilience projects.
