We are delighted to announce that Eric Joseph, RLA, ASLA has joined BSC as our newest Senior Landscape Architect.
Eric brings over 30 years of experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of innovative master plans and outdoor spaces. He has worked on a variety of projects, including corporate/life-science campuses, office parks, country clubs, and high-end residential properties. Furthermore, Eric has designed and supervised the construction of several residential projects that have been featured in the "Best of Boston" section of Boston Home Magazine.
Using the latest technology and sustainable practices, Eric creates designs that harmonize with the built and natural environments. As a multi-disciplinary project manager, Eric is a strategic hire for BSC's Landscape Architecture group as we continue to grow in size and reputation.
Eric's most gratifying project (so far) was Edison on the Charles, a 250-unit residential complex designed, permitted, and built along the Charles River. His team's success in expanding the Charles River Walk into downtown Waltham was due to their ability to convince a developer to donate the design and construction of its riverfront. It was incredibly rewarding for him to see people using the new kayak launch point and walk.
Outside of work, Eric plays drums for a cover band and performs at local Porchfests. He is also riding, for the second time, in the 2024 Pan-Mass Challenge in support of the Jimmy Fund to battle cancer.
