We are thrilled to announce that Todd Chapman has rejoined BSC as Senior Survey Project Manager.
Todd previously started at BSC back in 1985 as a rod person and worked his way up to the role of survey technician, followed by project manager until the early 2000s when his career took him on a different path. BSC is delighted to have crossed paths again with Todd as we look to expand our coastal land surveying capabilities and provide additional depth of resources to support our existing client base.
A licensed Professional Land Surveyor in both Massachusetts and Maine, Todd has over 30 years of experience providing land surveying services including cadastral and topographical surveys, boundary retracement, geodetic, ALTA/NSPS land title, and construction surveys. Noteworthy highlights of his career thus far have included working on the “Big Dig” and being involved in monitoring the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. His favorite aspect of the profession is being able to spend time outdoors.
In his new role, Todd will be responsible for business development, project management and technical oversight for a variety of project and client types.
Outside of work, you can find Todd spending his spare time renovating his camp in Gardiner, Maine.
