BSC was awarded a contract by the Town of Rockland to develop a revitalization plan to analyze the reuse and redevelopment potential of existing vacant buildings and public infrastructure, as well as the physical space the downtown Rockland area has to offer. Using this information, BSC will identify the steps that need to be taken to make existing space in Rockland Center more attractive to potential investors and businesses. Also analyzed will be the traffic and parking impacts associated with proposed changes. The project is being led by project manager Russell Burke, AICP with assistance from Mary Ellen Radovanic, AICP, Sam Offei-Addo, PE PTOE and Kathy McCabe of McCabe Enterprises for market analysis planning.
