Permitting & Regulatory Compliance

Crafting effective regulatory strategies for

project success

As strategic partners in the siting, permitting, and design of new projects, BSC Group assists our clients in meeting regulatory requirements associated with their projects. Emphasizing timeliness, cost-efficiency and environmental responsibility, BSC promotes a collaborative approach to project success, partnering with regulators, utility operators, developers, state agencies, and municipalities to facilitate timely project approvals and positive outcomes.

Our team is well versed in addressing inland and coastal challenges, such as wetlands and rare species, as well as planning and zoning issues relative to the balance of soils on site, stormwater management, site plan review, setbacks, and visual impacts. Our team also provides storm hardening solutions protecting critical infrastructure against New England's powerful storms. Importantly, many members of our team have served on regulatory agencies and municipal boards, allowing them to approach the permitting process from the regulator's perspective.
