The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) program provides cities and towns with an opportunity to access funding to prepare for the effects of climate change. BSC Group is actively working with communities to support both the applications for funding as well as the implementation of MVP programming.
